Four 15 Apostolic International is a ministerial association under Glen Berteau Ministries (GBM). Pastor Berteau founded the association as a result of years of mentoring other pastors and a desire expressed on their part for a closer relationship, impartation, and covering. The name comes from 1st Corinthians 4:15, “For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.”
Purpose Of Association
1. To provide a pastoral covering and counseling for pastors and those in full-time or part-time ministry.
2. To provide fellowship between members of the association and Pastor Berteau.
3. To provide ministerial licensing and ordination to qualified applicants.
4. To provide instruction, wisdom, and/or advice to the members of the association.

LEVELS OF CREDENTIALING
LICENSURE
A licensed minister is one whose ministerial calling and gifts have been formally recognized by Four 15 Apostolic International. The granting of a ministerial license is authorizing them for and appointing them to actual service in the ministry (subject to supervision and evaluation), as a step toward ordination. This is a right to preach, teach, and serve. Those who hold the Minister’s License are empowered to perform weddings and functions in all aspects of Christian ministry.
ORDINATION
An ordained minister is a minister whose calling, gifts, and usefulness, has been demonstrated and enhanced by proper training and experience. They have been separated to the service of Christ by Four 15 Apostolic International. The solemn act of ordination will invest the full power to engage in all the functions of Christian Ministry. This ordination is given to those who are full-time ministry, evangelism, pastoral work, chaplains, etc.
